2g alarm location?

My roommate is having problems with his alarm and we are going to try deactivating it. Has anyone done this and can tell us how do this or at least point us in the right direction?

He is having some weird electrical problems. The headlights come on when the door opens, the windows and blower won't work for several minutes and the headlights stay on after the car is shut off. Thanks!

Ok so I found the alarm and unplugged it and now the headlights don't come on when I open the door anymore and then don't stay on anymore so thats one problem fixed. But I still don't have any power windows when the car is off or on. And I blowers don't work either. Does anyone know if you have to jumper any of the wires for this or what? This is getting annoying.
