OK so I will avoide the whole story but basicly I was flying down a dirt road haveing fun when I didn't notice a hump on a hill I was going up at 45mph and went air born about 4' in the air. The car slamed down hard as #$&*( and im just like "OMG that did NOT just happen to my baby!"

well I drive down the road a little ways and look for any damage, and when none is spoted I drive back down the road, going about 7psi or so in 2nd and 3rd gear about the same speed as I came up. And everything was fine.

So then the trouble starts. I get out on the high way and start to take off I get about a mile down the road around 12psi of boost in 5th and all the suden the car stutters REALY bad and starts missing horribly so I let off the gas and she just dies... well I happened to be comeing up on a gas station so after realiseing I dont have power stearing I pull the car in and look it over again. I at first thought it might be the cheap plug wires. :shhh: So I check them and start the car. Everything seems ok, idels fine and revs fine. So I go back out on the road get to about 2nd gear around 10psi of boost and it does the same thing!

well I baby it all the way home. And at first though a impact that strong must have stered up the fuel tank pretty well so there must of been a good amount of crap that got sucked up and onto the fuel pump's filter and restricting the flow badly. So after much bitching etc. And striping the bolt on the fuel like connection from the pump I just cut the damn line in frustration and remove the fuel pump to find the tank and it is spotless!

sooo I was thinking maybe theres garbage in the fuel line??? so I blow it clean of fuel with compressed air. hook it all back up and take it for a ride. And the same thing happens! it just seemed to take a little longer at first. I got all the way though first gear pulling nice and hard and it happened again.

Well now the car idels like crap. It miss's 2-3 times every secound. And I can not boost what so ever or it runs out of fuel.

I also checked for damage to the hard fuel line under the car and it looked ok to me.

Could it be fuel cut some how? or for some reasion the fuel pump is not incressing the fuel pressure? I realy need help bad here. so PLZ any ideas.

To give you an idea of how hard the car landed... paint on the bottom part of the finder flaked off. And the hood no longer sits flush with the head lights. it's now above the head lights and looks like crap!...Think I warped the cars body?

Any one please!?!?! I know it's a lot to read but I realy dont know what else to check.

What does fuel cut feel like, and do you think that is it? Becouse if it is fuel cut it could have damaged the IC I supose? And for some reasion under boost for a few sec's hit fuel cut??? (So what Im asking is could it vent so much air that it would cause fuel cut?

*bump*

I fideled around with the FPR last night and after a while the car started runing fine under boost, I dont know if the cold damp night air had anything to do with it. But it still miss's like crazy..

See if the fuel pump is on its way out. Change the fuel filter, and run a bottle of injector cleaner. Do you have any way of monitoring injector duty cycle? Set your FPR for about 38psi, idle, unplugged vac line. See what those do.
