Mas Help!!!

HELP! I just installed my air intake into my 93 talon tsi and somethings wrong. i had to use a 2G mas and intake, after i hooked up all the wires and started it it ran like shit. black smoke was comming out the exaust,it was making a weird noise and it was stalling. i have no idea what the problem is and i really need some help

since ur running a 2g mas on a 1g, I would suggest looking over the wire connections again just to make sure...... other than that... u might just have a bad mas
