belt squeak at start up

This started after i replaced my head gasket, when i start the car after it's been sitting for a couple hours i get a squeak, that sounds like it's coming from the belts, but when i lift my foot off the clutch it stops, if i leave my foot on the clutch it will continue for 2 sec. then stops and doesn't do it until the next cold start, any one have any ideas.

Check the tension on the belts. They usually squeak from not being tight enough.
