No Boost at WOT???WTF

I was driving home today and suddenly i couldn't boost past about 7 psi. the car started spuddering a little bit so i pulled off and shut her down. well i popped the hood to see if it was anything visible and i couldn't see anything. so i fired it back up to head home and no more sputtering, but it started to boost only like 5 psi. don't think there is a boost leak. what could cause this.??? running rich as hell when i'm boostin also. any help appreciated.

just pulled off the intake from the turbo, and bad news. It looks like all the intake fins are damaged. do you think this has anything to do with it?? it's been running fine here lately this just all happened at once.
any suggestions??/
