Smoking...need some help ASAP.. thanks!

Okie.. The car only has like 45k ish miles on it. Seems to be running fine, It's not raced really and it's my gurl's car. It's a 1999 GSX Eclipse.. here the problem.....

When you start it up and smokes.. after you drive for like 10 mins it stops til you stop then it starts smoking again. It's whiteish smoke and smells like oil thats burning, My guess was a seal is leaking slowly while the car is parked and when starts it up it smokes it all out then stops...

Anyone else have some more input?
Do you think the turbo could be messed up? I dunno that much about turbos

...How could i tell? i was told by a honda guy it could be the seals or the head gasket.. he wasnt sure....

Whats the best way to fix it?

you should replace the headgasket. bring it to a mechanic if you're not sure what you're doing but the labor for a headgasket is expensive
