1995 tsi boost levels

i have a 1995 talon tsi awd with the following mods turboxs boostcontroller injen intake turbo timer boost and egt gauges and a greddy type s bov it seems that my car just isnt pulling as hard as it should i spike at almost 19 psi but the car will only hold about 11 psi i hear of people running 15-16psi and running 13's but i only hold 11 can someone help me should i turn up the boost? is something wrong?

you might have boost creep. what kind of exhaust do you have?

how did you hook up your boost controller. The free mods should a boost restrictor removal, once you put a manual boost controller, i think you have to close off that sensor with a nipple. also i have never heard of someone running 13's with your setup on 16psi with a stock turbo. the spike is ok. you might have a bad MBC, i have seen people complain about the XS MBC's. I had the same problem, but i checked my installation and the vaccum lines and intake hoses. let me know.. so we can figure this out.
