not building boost,idle surge, bad O2 (log info inlcuded)

So i have been trying to figure this out for quite so time, My car drives great most of the time and then the stock boost gauge will go the the lowest point and it is really hard to boost and drives very slow and idles high. At first i was thinking its time for a new turbo, so i replaced my FP T28 with a brand new evoIII 16g from FP. Got it all together and went out for a drive and noticed that it wont boost past 10 psi. it drove a lot better than the T28 and i thought my problems were at least better, then i noticed that the 16G is now doing the same no boost condition after a little bit of cruising. I made a log if this helps. i let it idle and recorded this. Would spark plugs or bad O2 do this?

What type of boost controller was used and is the wastegate internal or external?

internal wastegate on both turbos and i'm using an oldschool 3 button profec-b

UPdate: I cleared all the CEL codes and things were looking good till i was sitting at a light and revved to start moving and got P0100 & P1400 codes. Pulled over and turned everything off and decided to check the maf plug and noticed that pin 3 and 5 have a weird green residue on both like maybe if something got burned.

I figured out the problems i think !!!!!

-One of the problems was a small hole in the stock intake tube
-Other problem was that my Profec b had the wrong actuator settings (all the pins were up at the top) I went with 4 & 2 up and 1& 3 down pin settings , took it out and it boosted over 20lbs first romp, im gonna do some more testing and see if maybe 4&1 down and 2&3 up may get rid of boost creep. WOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH!!!!!! I was getting very frustrated and glad i finally figured it out by myself.

well ive stopped the CEL and it not building boost by fixing the boost controller bt it still only boosts to 10psi and wont go past that, im positive its a leak and will fully test once i get the sac fmic on.
