Aftermarket bov leaks at idle

I have just installed a gm maft setup on my 2g. I have it set up in a blow through configuration. The knock off greddy bov that I have is leaking at idle. I know I should just get a real bov but it will have to wait, so for now is this fixable or do I just deal with it untill I can buy a good bov? I have adjusted it but it still seems to leak after I drive for a while. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks. Shawn

Ok, installed my 1g bov. Yes, it leaks at idle but not as bad and seems to boost better.

They're vacuum operated. You have high vacuum at idle. That opens it. Another reason (on non blow-through setups) venting is bad.
