fidanza 4.3 clutch for 97 talon awd help

Need some help guys bought a fidanza clutch kit 4.3 for my 1997 talon tsi awd from maperformance now the mechanic thats putting it in dosent think the clutch disc spindle is right he thinks its flipped out the wrong way on the pressure plate side he says it should be flat on the pressure plate side. any knowledge would help heres a look at the pic of it on the pressure plate side. notice the splidle is sticking up about a 1/2 inch.

Did you speak to Fidanza in this regard?

The sticker on the face should tell you which way it faces. On my 3.2 it said, "this side pressure plate" or something to the effect. It's really not that hard.
