I am having a bad sound from my engine. I have a 420a in my 95 eagle talon esi and all of a sudden I am getting a really bad rattling sound like piston is hitting bare metal or something. Put 2 quarts of oil into it yesterday and it fixed it. Well today I got a bit down the road and it started again! I know it burns oil but not this bad. I put some super thick oil in today and its still rattling. What could this be? It happens when you are acceleratingly and the worst it rattles when RPM's get higher. Rattles at 1000 rpm's also but lightly.
