White Smoke RPM Low and Often shut off

Hey Wusup i got a 97 Eclipse with a t3t4 turbo Gs spyder, The car is Blowing white smoke from the exhaust smells like its burning oil was told it was a turbo problem to buy a new turbo so i did and its a new same brand turbo and i still get the same problem also the car idles good when its parked with it running but when i put it into gear and move it a couple feet it starts to jump no higher than 1000 rpm and drops to 0 and just shuts off but some times it doesnt do it wierd shit im learning as i go but im sure someone out there been there done that need a little help here

You say white smoke. Do you mean white or blue? Also, what are you using for management?
