Well, I've posted about this before and haven't been able to fix my problem. My 90 TSi doesn't seem to want to charge the battery. Voltmeters in the car read anywhere from 11.5-12.0 when the car is running.
I have channged the alternator and battery, checked the alternator fusible link and alt. relay, all are fine. I also checked all grounds to and from the battery and alternator. I can't figure out my problem and its really bothering me.
My next step is one I really don't want to embark on but it's my last option: change out the wiring harness for one that I know is in great working condition. It came off of a 90 that was swapped to a 91+ Eprom and harness. The harness worked fine before the swap so, that is my last option...
Any ideas or help is much appreciated.
