Hey all, just a quick question. I took mu ECM out and reprogrammed my chip plugged it back in and tried to turn it over, no go. It cranks but wont start, I checked for fuel and nothing is getting to the engine. So I did the usual fuel pump and MPI relay listen and I hear the fuel pump whirling and I hear the MPI click. After trying to turn it over again the MPI went crazy and just clicked like crazy and would keep clicking as long as the key was on the "On" position. I'm guessing the relay is bad and dont need to test it.

I have a check engine light and all other lights on when they key is in the "on position so the ECM is alright.

Any ideas?
