Recently changed the clutch and need some ideas/suggestions as to what my problem is.First off I got the F/W resurfaced, new clutch,PP,T.O.B,New clutch master and slave cylinder, adjusted the clutch pedal. I have bleed the system multiple times so i know there is no air in it.Only thing i didnt replace is the fulcrum ball and clutch fork,as both looked to be in good condition. The problem is the S/C rod pushes the clutch fork almost all the way to the passenger side all by itself as if someone was in the car pushing the clutch pedal down,It leaves about a finger width of space for travel. So what could be causing this? I'm out of ideas,as i have never come across anything like this before.

Only thing I could think of as to why its slipping is because the s/c rod is pushing the clutch fork, which is putting pressure on the PP and that is releasing the clutch disk from the F/W,I would think it would take more pressure than that to move the PP to release the disk though?
Just getting kinda of old having to barely being able to step on the gas.

Sounds like you prematurely pushed in the clutch pedal and pushed out the actual cylinder of the slave cylinder. Try pushing it back in.

I wish i did,I was the only one working on the car and the s/c rod was in the hole of the clutch fork and tight before i went to pump the pedal.

so what your saying is the clutch pedal will go half way to the floor before you feel any pressure ?

After installing the S/C I bleed and adjusted the clutch after that I looked at the S/C rod and the rod would start pushing on the clutch fork as if someone was pushing on the pedal but no one was in the car. It's doing the exact opposite of what it should do,its pushing out instead of retracting back into the slave cylinder.

Try taking out the slve rod,( dont push the clutch while its out), and push the fork towards the passenger side till the TOB touches the pressure plate fingers. Now look at the orientation of the fork to the hole it comes through. If it is leaning towards the passenger side i;d say it is a worn fulrum ball, or wear on the inside of the fork. here is a link for reference RRE's Clutch And Flywheel Tech Info
I am going through a similar clutch issue, turns out this is not my problem though. as far as i can tell.

I have done this already and the clutch fork sits in the middle of the boot like it should. Everything is as it should be,its just the s/c isnt pulling the rod back.Which is why im stumped,I guess i could try another slave, going by the saying" just because its new doesnt mean its not defective"

The slave cyclinder doesnt pull the rod back the pressure plate just pushes it back into the slave cyclinder. If im not mistaken you should be able to push the rod itself back into the slave cyclinder with your hands. Just take you clutch master cyclinder lid off and put some rags around it and try pushing the rod back into the slave cyclinder and see if you can. If you cant something is putting pressure into the slave cyclinder. And when you push it do it slowly bc it will squirt fluid out.

Can you look into the whole for the fork to see if there are any bronken fingers on the pressure plate? Normally you can push the slave rod back into the slave unless the master cylinder adjustment rod is adjusted back to far in which case it will not let you.

I havent looked in the boot yet to see if i have any broken fingers.I will check though. I have the master adjusted to where I can't push the rod into the slave as this is where it seems to like it.I have had it adjusted to where i can push the slave rod in by hand but the symptom was to the same.Rod kept pushing out on the clutch fork. I'm wondering if its possible that the PP is bad right out of the box, something along the lines as the fingers dont have enough pressure to keep the clutch fork/t.o.b back.
