turbo runs REALLY strong till i get to about 4500

im new to the dsm but i finally got one i picked it up for 1800 with a t3 turbo on it its a 91....i have a problem tho the turbo runs REALLY strong till i get to about 4500 rpms then it boggs and stutters....a few friends said it could be spark plaugs or something simple....PLEASE any input can help...im not sure how this site works so if u could email me at [email protected] and let me kno im in need of help thanks

We are going to need more info to help you. I checked your profile, you should fill it out more completely (unless that is all you have.)

That's usually where worn plugs and/or used up ignition wires start giving out.

NGK BPR6ES at .028", only. You may find other plugs in there, which could be your problem.
