CEL fuel pressure regulter

i bought an eagle talon about a month back is a 95tsi it spit out turbo seals ran out of oil and blew the engine and turbo it was replased with a junk yard turbo and a motor from a 95 gsx witch was rebuilt befour being instaled the crank was turned head shaved new belts new gaskets so on so forth after it was rebuilt it set for 2 years then i bought it,
the turbo seals went bad so i have a new turbo on the way it is a rebuilt garett t25 the car has a after market BOV (dont know if thats inportant in solveing the prolbem or not) the CEL has ben on since i got it the hand held computer said it was the fuel preasure regulator i heard there was a recall on these can some one please help me fix the prolbem so the light will go off

WHAT YEAR IS YOUR TALON? I HAVE A 95, MY LIGHT CAME ON, IN THE MANUAL FOUND NOTHING..DID YOU RUN A CODE? LOOK IN EMMISSIONS PART OF THE BOOK TO FIND OUT HOW..MY PROBLEM WAS A RECALL ON THE FEUL REGUALTOR AND PCM..IF YOU HAVE A SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SYSTEM, THIS COULD BE YOUR PROBLEM. IF THIS IS THE CASE, TAKE IT TO A MISTIBUSHI OR CHRYSLER DEALER. ITLL BE FIXED FOR FREE..BUT YOUR LIGHT MAY STILL STAY ON. THEY REPLACED MY FUEL REGULATOR AND THE COMPUTER. STILL MY LIGHT IS ON, BUT NOTHING IS WRONG? CHECK THAT OUT THOUGH
