When my car runs good it runs GOOOOD,but it also runs bad. When you step on it i have boost and rpm.But not alot of go power.I think the timing is being pulled.Does anyone have any suggestion on how to stop this from happening.I fell like ripping out the knock sensor. No knock sensor = No knock

i think it does now that i think about it,but i 'll see if it does after a blast down the road.If it does run better what would that mean?

I'm talking a little more than a run down the road, BUT if that is the case you may be running rich, and your spark plugs may be black. Take out one of the wires and take out the plug and look at it, if it's all burnt, you'll need some replacement ones - they are very cheap, and simple to install - Just do 1 or two at a time so you plug them back in the right way and you can still start the car :)
