Coil packs
plugs and wires
Crank trigger
Ignitor
Fuel Filter

any suggestions??? anything would be awesome

thanks for the help

Have you done a compression test? Remember, JDM means 'japanese junkyard motor', despite whatever the Honda kids might have said.

If the ECU was socketed, is it using the standard EPROM, or an upgraded chip? If it's an upgraded chip, do you have injectors on to match the new fuel maps? If it's the original EPROM, make sure whoever desoldered it didn't damage it, or any traces. Also, if you have a logger/reader, plug it in and take a look at what the ECU thinks is happening.
