WHITE(Analog Output) Connects to any auxiliary unit with a 0-5v input.
Where is an aux input that I can use?

Does it really make a diffference if your sensor is at a 10 degree angle?
The manual says it has to be like that, has anyone ever had a bad experience from not putting it at the angle?

It should be at least 10 degrees so condensation will not collect in it. It might not last long if water sits in it alot.
