ok so i just got my car back from the shop where i got a lot of problems fixed...got my cooling fans working, idle back down to normal, and im no longer running extremely rich....but every now and then i still have this bogging. Ill just be crusing along in 3rd gear just around 3000rpm maybe a tad lower and ill go to step on the gas a bit and it will bog no matter how soft or hard i push on the gas...the lighter i push on it the better it goes tho...anyway it only happens sometimes not all the time...ive never really taken notice but i think it usually happens before the engine is completely warmed up but im not like flooring it and its happening because i know thats not good to do too a cold engine but even just a little throttle and you can feel it. Any Ideas??? Thanks

p.s. i had a new fuel filter put on so i dont think thats the problem

It doesnt have to necessarly be the fuel filter, it could be a variety of things. You could have a boost leak, your turbo is going, your injectors, or your pump. Its either going to be fuel or air. Most likely fuel because it bogs and you had been running rich before this.

Not to long ago I just put in a bT28 turbo so i dont think its the turbo....is it possible for a boost leak to only occur sometimes and not all the time?? Also with the new turbo do i need to upgrade my injectors at all?? Thanks for the input

I was having the same problem - jerking at 3000 RPM. I was thinking its a boost leak. Couple of days later my turbo seized. Since you put in a new turbo, I would say test for boost leaks. The boost leak would be most noticable when you're boosting (3000+ rpm) which explains the bogging.
