hey, my 1990 gsx starts up but then dies when it comes back down to idle, it has 680's, and a fuel pump and a gm-maft. I'm thinking it's not getting enough fuel or too much fuel at idle. I can keep it alive by giving it gas. this is starting a putting a new turbo after the old one took a shit

Do you have any type of logger? You are going to have to invest in one if you don't already have one, as it is impossible to know any adjusts you make on your MAF-T. Even if you just installed an MAFT with no other mods, your car would most likely not hold an idle due to whatever settings came on your translator(I know mine had the same problem). If you don't have a logger, all I can suggest is looking up the correct base setting online for injectors of your size and set it on your MAFT. If you are still having problems, you can try leaning/richening your idle switch on the MAFT. I wouldn't run this car really at all above stock boost , or even go WOT in it until you get a logger and can tell what is really going on in there.
