After changing the headgasket, I tried everything. But I guess I forgot to plug the cruise box back in. My battery died so I cant try to start it up, could that have been the problem.

Due to the extreme lack of description the best I can tell you is no. Others things to look at are timing, ect, firing order, boost leaks, compression.

Sorry I was in a fast pace mode.
I changed out my headgasket, wouldnt start back up.
had-
Spark
Fuel
All connectors (besides the cruise control box) plugged in
Timing is a notch off, re-doing that tommorow.

Now what I was trying to say is that I forgot to plug in the crusie control box, could that being unplugged cause it to not start. My battery is currently dead and I'm buting a new one tonight, so no way to test to see if thats it.

The problem isn't with your cruise control. Re-time the car and get your battery charged and as long as everything else is good, (ie. your ect, starter, compression, firing order, CAS, coil packs, etc.) you shouldn't have a problem.
