Resolved 1G FWD axle in an AWD?

Is it possible to put a FWD drivers side axle in an AWD? Would there be any major problems in doing this?

They do use different axles. I'm not sure if the FWD axles will fit AWD. I know the AWD axles will fit the FWD, but a spacer is required.

Most people with FWD want the front axles from the AWD cars because they are equal length as opposed to the FWDs unequal axles which create torque steer.

i understand about the torque steer. the bolts that hold the intermidate shaft have broken in the block and i was looking for a simple but temporary solution.
