Hey I just swapped my evoIII for a t25. I kept the O2 from the t25 in and put it into my car. When I started my car it would only Idle at 400, then would drop like it was to stall to 0rpm then rev back up to 400. There was a squealing/creeking noise coming from underneath the car at idle and all the way home on the highway. I looked down at my air/fuel which is only the turbotimer narrow band and it was reading 19.0 at 3k rpms in 5th on the highway. Which seems to be very lean. My guess is that the 02 is bad and I'm running so lean that its throwing some belt off, but I have no clue... the 02 came off a working car. We hooked it up to a dataloger and it wasn't showing any code for the front o2 just the rear. We also set the idle screw up to 1500 so it would at least idle, just the squeelin noise is left.
