My crank angle sensor went out in my '94 gsx. I found a CAS in my box of junk in my garage from a '91. The two sensors look almost identical ie: they have the exact same plug in the same spot and same mounting bracket but the covers are slightly different and so are the holes cut into the aluminum for lightening purposes I would imagine. Any information is greatly appreciated! thanks
Anthony

Is there any way to test a CAS to see that it works? With an ohm meter or something? And if that is good, is there anyway to test the individual terminals on the harness? thanks for the help

I believe it explains how to test it in the factory service manual, but I cant remember for sure. If you dont have one yet now is the time to buy one, it is definitely a must have.
