question and 2 pics

hey i took a photo of how the MBC was setup on the talon when we got it,,
does this look correct???how come the turbo outlet vacum line is plugged?
i remember seeing it hooked up on other setup's??
will that MBC work for now,or should we get another one??/
and would i want the valve closed or open to keep the boost at lowest setting???

You need to take a pic more close up. I've never seen a MBC with a line on the top and bottom like that one appears to have..

However to run the lowest setting, take the boost controller off. All a boostcontroller does is raise the boost. Once you have raised it, you can lower it back to IT'S lowest setting, but you can never go lower than what the wastegate actuator is set at.

What do you my by the turbo outlet vacuum line?

check this out it should help you figure out how to run the vaccum, the plug on the intake coming off the turbo shouldnt be plugged up.

Yeah where you have the line tapped into your BOV line, take it off right there and put it back to where it should be(on the turbo elbow). Then you can make a new line going from your bov to your intake, since now its going to be two peices.

i didnt think it was right,,he told me it was at 18 psi,hook me up

the car doesnt have the factory boost control solenoid gimmick so to
re hose this,i would take a line from the outlet elbow on the turbo to the new MBC and out to the wastegate..then take the line from the manilfold and run into the BOV??
is this right,
do i just plug the one on the aircan??

no the one on the aircan is involved as well, the plug on the air can is call the boost control soleniod. The hose runs to a T fitting which then runs to the nipple of the intake pipe and one to the wastegate. To run the boost controller you add it in between the intake hose nipple and the wastegate.
