Well, I went to start up the car this morning and was denied. I have spark, and fuel pressure. I’ve done a little research on the MPI relay/control and from what I have read they can go bad, and can cause a no start situation. It has been clicking and making all sorts of funny noises too. Also, a few days ago when I was driving around the car seemed to sputter every now and then, as well as the check engine light was coming on. I’m in a pretty hard bind right now, and down time is the last thing I need, so any help is greatly appreciated!

I would first pull the ecu and check for leaking capacitors. Generally when the capacitors leak and start to damage the circuit board, the mpi relay will start clicking and it will develop random studders and then followed by random starts.

All the caps look good in both of the ECU's that been useing to try to get it started. One is just a non-eprom while the other is, and they are both doing the same thing.
