I was driving on the highway, I saw a potential problem, i couldnt spool at all, but i figured i might have just been at low rpms, dropped a gear ( went into fourth) still wouldnt spool.... after that point, i couldnt accelerate, and when i pushed in the clutch the car died, pulled off the the side of the road, turns out the oil filter housing shaft backed itself off and i leaked all my oil out and my engine seized. The first time i had caught it, but this time my motor seized and im not sure why it keeps happening, or what i can do to fix it, please feel free to post any experience with this, any FACTUAL knowledge if you could. btw i drive a 1995 eagle talon TSi AWD

-thanks

yes, but i dont have the oil cooler, and im not a newbie. it just baffles me why it happened, my motor seized because of this.

Congrats Old Mitsu Tech!

Yes, you have the oil cooler. If you have a stock 2G oil filter housing, your oil is coolant cooled in the oil filter housing assembly.
