CEL comes on after filling washer fluid...

About a few days ago, I was driving and noticed my windshield washer light came on, so I filled it up and then as soon as I did, the CEL came on. I had only let the car sit for a few minutes, and then the CEL came on outta nowhere... to my knowledge, nothing is broke with my car... I just don't know why this now...

Take it to autozone and have them read the code for you.

Coincidence. The CEL isn't related to the washer-tank filling. Get the code read.

Did you by any chance fill your washer while pumping gas and not screw the cap on tight?
