Hello
I am having a little frustrating issue.

Seems to be that I am missing fuel at WOT. No matter how much I rich the "HI" setting on the S-AFC. It always shows me 0.87V on my datalogger. Funny fact is that it doesn't seem to have a black smoke coming out of my exhaust. That is weird. I believe there is something stopping the fuel at WOT.
I just bought the fuel pump rewire kit. To see if it fix the problem
Or I might have a clog fuel filter. (But it is 8 months old). Clog Injectors? Boost leak?

Facts:
All the mods are on the list

-No matter how much I rich the S-AFC (about +35%) still won't help.
-Raised the fuel pressure from 38psi to 40 psi
-Changed the MAS
-Cleaned the T/B - Intake manifold.
-Lowered boost form 20 to 12psi. But still 0.87volts
-O2 sensor is 3 months old. It works!
-S-afc seems to work because I can control the fuel trims.
-No fuel leaks

Let me know your opinion.
DSM
TIA

Ya i would check the wire to make sure it is all running properly.....other than that it sounds like your filter is clogged or there may be build up in your injector....maybe try to add some of the injector cleaner to your gas tank. Hope you get it figured out.

Update:
I did a boost leak! and sealled most of it. (I noticed that my boost gauge is broke :toobad: )

Yesterday I decided to mess around with the car so I did this:
1. Clean the valvecover gasket and use silicone to seal some spots that was leaking. so no more oil in my engine bay (I hope)
2. I removed and cleaned the CAS as well I make sure that the new seal is in place as well the CAS itself (aligned marks), It used to be leaking too. (no more oil from there)
3. I removed a couple of useless vacuum hoses.
4. I removed the bracket under the manifold which is a PITA to the from the top. It make an easy job to reach the knock sensor. (BTW it is a heavy peace of metal WOW!)

I started driving and guess what..... OMG

My knock is slowly going away. :rocks: I can feel that the car is coming a live again! Now I can rev it to 7000rpm! no problem. In some points i have knock , because I am not tuned. I am going to try again with the Wideband and see. But first I have to tight shits under the hood (last night I saw a long bolt by the slave cylinder loose , it was from the tranny I am so glad I saw it before it is too late. all the other bolts are in place)

I am not really aware what fixed part of the problem but sure it helped me.

I am so happy!
I wanted to share this info with all of you!
take it easy guys!
