Idle Problem

I turn on my car and it runs fine for 3 minutes. After the third minute it'll start to idle a little bit roughly (1000-1200 RPM). I think its fine and continue to drive. I drive around for 20 minutes and then park it. Then she begins to idle badly, going from 1200-500 RPM and the oil light flickers. If I let it idle longer, it will eventually die. There was one point when it did not start unless I gave it some gas while turning it over.

Check for boost leaks
Check your ISC/IAC
Check your MAF/MAS

I checked my ISC/IAC and seems the previous owner stripped it. What can I do to fix that?
