need help! ahhhhhhhhhh!

well, coming home from working in long island, i was on the LIE going west bound(for those of you who care) and somewhat speeding, going like 140mph... bone stock motor, 15psi, exhaust... anyway, after i get off the highway, my car is sputtering, and when i gas, i sound like a wrx or sti with exhaust... at idle, it sits at maybe like 700 - 800rpm and sputters and shakes... and i notice that my vacuum is like -8.. if i get on it, it still sputters and shakes but not a lot(when im hitting full boost)... if i go normally, and i'm in any gear, and let it coast down, foot off of gas, vacuum goes down to like the normal, 17 - 18, and car feels perfectly fine.. i checked almost everything... don't see any lines disconnected other than the lines i left there hanging.. which were the TB vacuum lines, and yes, i capped those off... also, i noticed oil on the dipstick holder..

going from exit 33 to exit 24 west bound LIE.. only was going over 100 for maybe about 3 - 4 exits, and i slowed down to like 75 - 80 the rest of the way... i tried getting on it again, but it just sputtered... i have stock IC piping and i checked the IC piping and it looks fine... i took off the oil filler cap, and looks normal. also, when i blip the throttle to about 1500 - 2000 in neutral, i hear what it seems to be a BOV type sound, but my stock 1g, is vented back into intake, the noise is definately coming from the intake area, as my head was down to it as a friend blipped throttle...

Low vac at idle usually indicates a boost leak.
