You would probably get a CEL-Check Engine light. Perhaps you should look elsewhere. Have you changed anything recently? How is you air filetr, clean or plugged. Try removing the filter and see how it runs just to eliminate that if it is dirty. Bad fuel pressure regulator? Are you blowing black smoke? Any smoke?
You are new so I will tell you that printing in all caps is not comsidered acceptable so in the furure type correctly to save a lecture or lock on the thread. mark

Answer the rest of mark's questions. Do you have a Check Engine Light? Are you blowing black smoke? etc. etc.

no black smoke but i do have greyish smoke coming out :barf: the check engine light doesn't turn on

Alright.
First thing you should check is the connection on your MAF. Make sure it is completely plugged in.
Second, run a boost leak test and make sure you're not losing all of your metered air somewhere.
I think that one of these two things will fix your problem. Make sure when doing your boost leak test you don't just *listen* for leaks but actually look for them using soapy water. Spray it over everything and look for bubbles.
Work your way from your turbo inlet to the intake manifold. You should hold 20 psi for at least 30 seconds.
