No idea whats going on . i am not leaking coolent from anywhere else other then the overflow at boost..please help if you can :talon:

well the overflow is not supposed to leak out except when your car is overheating correct me if im wrong. If its not overheating and still leaking you might have a faulty radiator cap..

Race,

My car was only pushing coolant when boosted over 18psi. I finally had the Headgasket replaced and that fixed the problem. Turns out the old Mitsu MLS HG had given out in two spots between the cylinder wall and a coolant passage. It would only leak compressed cylinder gasses when the boost was over 18psi. The blown spots were mostlikely due to detonation from a poor tune before I got the setup I have now.

i have a question about my 20g turbo. I have just installed. I have a profec b-spec2 electric boost controller. It says to connect hose to compressor housing. Do I need to get a nipple that fits in a small hole on the compressor housing? There is not on on the compressor housing, a small, small hole, about 3/16. On my stock turbo it is about a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch nipple. Or do I hook the hose to my injun intake where the stock boost controller was connected?

If this is posted in the wrong area, please let me know where and how to properly post.

Thank you,
Sam
