Will there be any problem if my logger only shows my tps at 99.6%? i turned the actual throttle body all the way and still 99.6% so my throttle cable is not the problem.

you need to rotate your throttle position sensor some until your logger shows it 100% or higher. It shouldn't cause any ill affects though.

Do you know what the tps looks like? I will try my best without a pic.....its the sensor on the front side of the throttle body, towards the front of your car. Its a black sensor that is pretty much round except for where the plug goes. It should have two 10mm bolts in hold it in. Loosen these two bolts and then you could be able to twist the throttle position sensor. Tighten it and with your pocketlogger on and your key just in the on position, without the car running, push the throttle to the floor and see what it reads. If it goes up in percentage you turned it the right way, if not turn it the other way and then try again. Hope this helps.

ok i just went out and adjusted it and i went one way, down to 94%, then all the way back the other way, couldnt go any farther, guess what, 99.6%. is my tps defective. will it hurt my performance significantly? if not i wont worry about it, till its really messed up.

I would be willing to bet that you will see 0 performance difference because of this. Your butterfly in your throttle body is still opening wide because your throttle cable is good, so no loss there. You are also showing high enough throttle to the ecu to go into closed loop mode. If I was you, I would just say forget it and not worry about it at all instead of paying 20-40 bucks for a new one.

Do not adjust the TPS to make it read higher at WOT.
It needs to be set on a 1G so that it reads between 0.48v and 0.52 volts at idle. What it reads at WOT, within reason, doesn't matter. I aim for 0.5v or 10% on the logger.
What's important is that the butterfly fully opens not what the TPS reads.
