My car smoke a little only when it wants too?????

its a 98 gsx with a jdm 6 bolt swap with a less than a year old t3 t4 sc61 and sometimes whne im sitting at lights or stop sighns for a minute or so it will puff a little smoke by me, and some times it wont smoke at all no smoke while im driving its only whne im sitting around, And smoke somes under hard hard boost not much thoe, What is this turbo seal?? Its not lowering very much oil hardly any to be honest! Maby i should switch to different oil?? im using 10-30 Penzoil right now What should i switch to that might make it stop smoking?? Is it white, blueish/gray, or black smoke? You can search on any of these.
