Is this unburnt fuel shooting out my exhaust?

Caught my attention, seems to be a developing problem. I'm sure my car is rich as I have no fuel control, but this much? Some "powder", some "wet." Little nervous

Unburned fuel is gasoline. Ever see chunks of gasoline on the ground?

I like your idea the most.
The car sits at most for two days, and yes I use crappy 91 OCT, and cheap it is not my friend.
