Installed MBC and New Alternator, strange problems

Ok i installed a new alternator and a manual boost controller and now im having strange problems.

Problem 1- My car will not start on its own, I jumped the car let it run for 30 minutes, shut it off, still would start on its on. Took teh battery to advance they tested the battery and charged it said it was fine, brought it back home hooked it up, car wouldnt start. I double checked alternator connection, scraped the terminals a little bit made sure everythign was tight , bam car started up. let car warm up, will come abck to htis probelm but first

Problem 2 arose- If I rev it at all above about 2500, the car then drops idle all the way till it stalls out. I had to keep the car revved in order to drive it at all, oushed in the clutch and the car stalled out, was able to start the car again drove about 1/2 a mile and went to turn around, car died again from idleing out, now

Back to problem 1, car wouldnt start again. Double checked all connections , still would not start, Got a jump and drove the car home.

ANy input or signifacnt informatin would be fantastic , after a long day of rain and trying to get this piece back on teh road i am just all funned out
 
Triple check all the connections and wires on the alternator. Check the fuse's on the positive terminal and talk dirty to it. :D
 
Easy way to test the alternator:
With the engine idling, disconnect the positive terminal of the battery. If the car keeps running, the alternator is fine, if not, its bad.
 
Forgot i installed a new intake pipe , en ebay style one, Doesnt work with 2g maf, says it was for 2g but its cuttnig out some of the air causing it to stall.

I sanded the terminals and now the car starts fine, still going to test the alternator anyway just to be 100% sure
