Game Over said:You'll definately hear it when it gets big enough(the hole). An o2 dump wouldn't cause it, that is just extreme wear, it could be old, or have been drug on the pavement.
If I were you, I would just start pricing DP's and high flow cats, because you will eventually need it, for your inspection anyway.
