It will start to leak eventually, but if its not leaking, I'd leave it until it started to.

but the only way i'll know if its leaking is if i feel air coming out right?? what casued it maybe that damm 02 dump

You'll definately hear it when it gets big enough(the hole). An o2 dump wouldn't cause it, that is just extreme wear, it could be old, or have been drug on the pavement.

If I were you, I would just start pricing DP's and high flow cats, because you will eventually need it, for your inspection anyway.

Is damage on the bottom of it? I can't really tell from the picture, it may have been caused by bottoming out on something.

I wouldn't worry about it, it's after the turbo so it's not gonna hurt anything

one problem the only dp that works w/ a cat is buschur racing and thats 300 f ***that and sbr has cat for 150 not bad, will this work???.... buy a dp that takes out cat then just cut the dp and weld the 3inch cat,will that work??

Get one custom made, that's what I did. I think I paid a little over 200 though.

I bought a stainless steel 2.5"/3" downpipe off of ebay for like $180, a $50 3" Catco in/out cat from Summit along with some stainless steel clamps ($10 each) chopped a section off of the downpipe and replaced it with cat.

thats what i was thinking, thnaks the only problem that i had w/ my 1st gsx was i bought the megan downpipe and it didnt fit on the punishmnet 02 dump the place(pruven) had to make a custom peice
