I have a 1997 TSI AWD. i have a problem that my brake like and battery light come on in my dash. It just happen to me 3 days ago. they come on and they are dim and the stay on. the car runs fine and has no problems. i check the voltage out put on the alternator and the battery and they are both 14 and change. i thought it would be the alternator belt but i tighten that. i've change my alternator like 2 months ago. they only onther thing that i did was splice wires for my HID's. but they are working fine, When i turn them on nothing dims and nothing changes. If anyone knows what it could be please fill me in..

thanks
kido
