Ok I have a Apexi BOV and I have a few questions on it because it came on the car. I read the diagram on there site and it has no answers.

1. I just did a 16G Big swap yesterday and when I had the stock turbo on there when at idle I would rev it up and the bov would go off. Now when I rev it doesent even go off. And I get no boost. I have 20 vacum on the boost gauge wich goes to 0 when I give it gas but no bov. Just engine reving. How do I fix this?

2. How do I reciruculate with the Apexi?

3. Should I vent with this BOV?

Running at 13 PSI right now want to increase to 15-16 range on pump gas 93 oct. Till I get bigger injectors. Also DSM Link cable will be in later this week. Also using a turbo XS boost controller. Its really cheap but works.

Got one line going to the wastegate acutator, one line going to something on the left hand side some hose not sure where it leads and one line going to the J pipe nipple. It wasen't working till I hooked it up to the J-Pipe nipple today LOL. Was spiking up to 25 psi! Even spiked to 30 once. That was during testing to figure out what the hell was going on.

Any help apreciated. I searced the forums for recurulationg but turned up nothing. Also searched for Apexi and found no answers I was looking for.

Thanks,
Josh

OK it doesn't blow off at idle anymore because it is a bigger turbo and spools up later.

Do not vent your BOV unless you have an aftermarket mass airflow with a translator. You cannot vent with DSMlink anyway.

And when you searched for "recurulationg," nothing came up because this isn't a word. :p Also search for Apex or Apex'i. The only thing remotely good they make for our cars is exhaust, and maybe intercooler cores.

Good luck with everything else.

LOL yea was spelling it as recuricun trying things like that. Thanks for the info. Yea all I herd was bad about apexi. Plan on switching to a 1G crushed.
