Anyone have the link to the VFAQ, or know how to reset or adjust the BISS screw on a 1g Non-turbo?
 
Perfect, thank you! One question though, what do I use to connect to that pin next to the fuse box? Is that an alligator clip or just a wire or something else?, the picture is kind of fuzzy...

Alligator clip works fine. Same for grounding the Timing Adjust connector in the engine bay. By grounding both of them you put the ECU in the BISS adjustment mode.
