ok when the car has normal oil level it will get no oil pressure and make a loud tapping noise... but when i over fill the normal oil level every thing is fine i have like half way on the oil pressure gauge and its idles really low sometimes and then it raise to 1.5 any ideas?

That's not a crankwalk symptom, more likely a spun rod or balance shaft bearing.

Do not bump your threads, and closed for it.
