My car has been driving me crazy, it started going lean as soon as the turbo would spool up about 2 weeks ago, it only gets drove on weekends and I dont put gas in all the time so I thought the gas could be bad so I put some new premium gas in and it seem like it fixed it, no such luck though after about a half hour of driving today the problem was back I have a walboro 255 that I put in about a year ago that has never gave me a problem I also changed the fuel filter when I did the fuel pump, I also checked for vaccum leaks but none were found, the car idles fine but boost leans it out, Im out of ideas so if you have any I would love to hear them

Im not trying to bump or be a pain but Im gonna go to sleep in a few and would appreciate any advice cause Im gonna try fix the car this afternoon

The turbo is a 16g(ported) the fuel pump is a walboro 255 injectors are stock I dont have any kind of air fuel controler I know this set up aint the best but Im kinda broke for the moment and I drove the car like this for several months taking it easy of course and it never gave me a problem

The engine is 10 years old. I would replace the Fuel pressure regulator and upgrade to 550cc injector.

What are your EGT readings?

I wish I knew what my EGTs are please dont criticize I know I need a EGT gauge but since I started UTI Im broke I plan to get one though,I do have a air fuel gauge(Iknow there not the most accurate) and it goes lean when the turbo spools up which it never did before even with the 16g

I am not criticizing you, but and EGT gauge and a wideband O2 sensor/display will help in proper tuning.

I know I have plans to get all that stuff I even have a 6 bolt that is in my garage in case this motor goes south but I wonder if a censor could have gone bad to cause this, the car has had electric problems before, the things you named would be great to have all spare cash goes to knew mods,I have a lot of the smaller stuff done and now that the more expensive upgrades are needed it takes longer to save to get them.before the car had always ran quite rich before cause of the fuel pump and lack of tuning, but then this started to happen it realy puzzled me

I take it nobody has any ideas once again not trying to bump but we were messing with the car as we speak
