I have searched for this a few times, and I found a few threads with this problem, but no real explanation, diagnosis, or repair. I think this problem is relatively common. I know the pedal assembly can go bad in the first gen t/e/l cars. My Talon is a 2g, and it's clutch squeeks when engaging or disengaging. I had a CenterForce Dual-Friction 2500 clutch put in about 3,000 miles ago. It started doing this squeek maybe 1500 miles ago. I was just wondering what you guys thought it might be. Maybe the pedal assembly in the 2g cars are going bad too, since they are aging substantially also...Or maybe there is a place to lube/grease it? Or maybe there is some other option. THANKS!

spray the whole assembly down with wd-40 or PB blaster or some shit........if that dont work i give up.....but is it coming from the pedal or the clutch did it start when you changed the clutch or not it might be the throw out bearing

I will give that a shot tomorrow. I do not think it would be the TO bearing, since it DOES come from the pedal, not the clutch/transmission area.
