Driver Side Lowbeam Bulb Replacement Issue

Alright, on my 98 Eclipse RS...I cant take out the back of the driver side lowbeam thing because some kind of rubber hose/ wires/ something evil is in the way. What should I remove around that area so that I can get enough room to work with? Should I just force that shit out or what? Well, I can unscrew the thing, but cant take it out...its kinda stuck, and I cant screw it back in at this angle...please help.

I think that's AC piping. Gently bend it out of the way.

Ive tried to and it really wont budge...and I dont wanna put too much force on it cause Im afraid it will break or something.
