I installed an Apex turbo timer about a month ago. For the most part it works fine, with the exception of the O2 sensor voltage not displaying correctly. Anyway, about once a week when I shut the car off the tt shuts off also. I doesn't happen every time just sporadically (sp?). I have it set to 30 secs just for daily driving. I have the e-brake wire hooked up although I don't think it works anyway, but I read a few posts where people didn't even hook up the e-brake wire. Did I get a bad unit or is it common for some tt's to shut off with the car sometimes, just like a small glitch?

i have a blitz tt, it's probably different, but i didn't hook up the ebrake feature. i just taped up that wire. mine did some weird stuff when i hooked it up using the blitz harness, i had to actually re route all the wires to the harness, because the harness was incorrect. try looking at the "box" that the ignition has on it, mine (2g) had each wire coming out of the ignition labeld for what it was, and i just re ran each individual wire to where it was supposed to go in the tt.
