S-AFC II freakin' out after EVOIII and 650cc intall -- Help!

Just intalled a EVOIII 16g, o2 dump, and some 650cc injectors in my buddies '93 TSI. Turned the key on to adjust the S-AFC II and for some reason the AFC won't let us make any changes, it just say's "OMIT" under the RPM for both low and high settings. We're stumped, but the car idles fine, but hits fuel cut at 2k which is expected along with the cloud of black smoke.

sounds to me like you have the key lock thingy turned on.

If you mean the password lock, nope it's off. It's weird because the AFC used to be set at -1, -2, -3 etc. but now everything is zero'd out and the dial doesn't do anything.
