i just checked my oil and its really liquidy, is the coolant getting into my oil? i thaught oil and water won't mix? i just did a HG swap with a metal one from SBR w/ arp headstuds and i only put about 200 miles on it, any info?

Run a compression test to make sure...but chances are its your headgasket. Did you get your head/block resurfaced before using the metal gasket? Those gaskets tend to be less forgiving to surface condition compared to OEM gaskets. They pretty much need a perfectly smooth, mirrored finish to seal 100%. Oil and water can mix very easily...they just seperate if you leave it sit for awhile.
